• I forgot something in my holiday home, what do I do now?

  Please complete the Lost-and-found form. The Service point will then check whether your belongings have been found and will contact you as soon as possible.

• I have lost my key card. What should I do?

  Have you lost your key card, did you leave it in the holiday home or has it been stolen? Then report this to the Service point right away.

• I lost something. Where can I check whether it has been found?

  Please fill in the lost and found form, the Service point will contact you as soon as possible.

  
  

  Have you lost a metal object or mobile telephone? Please get in touch with the gevonden-verloren.nl foundation. Volunteers help the foundation find precious items free of charge, using metal detectors on land or in the water.
  

• I accidentally took something with me from the holiday home. Where can I send it?

  Send items brought with you to the Service point, and always inform the Service point in advance. Contact details of the Service point can be found via Arrival information.
  

• Are any more photographs available of the holiday accommodations?

  We want to give you as clear a picture as possible of all our parks and holiday homes. We therefore always post all available information and photos online. So there are no more photos available than there are on the website.

• Does Roompot have suitable holiday accommodation for persons with disabilities?

  Yes, we have. At some of our parks, you will find adapted holiday accommodations. This could include an extra spacious bathroom with supports, a shower chair or a height-adjustable kitchen. You can find these holiday accommodations by searching using the filter Suited for disabled. The adjustments vary according to type of home and park.
  

  Do you need extra care and/or equipment during your holiday? Please contact our Roompot Care department on + 31 (0)113 374 500 or fill in the form on our (Dutch) contact page. Moreover, Roompot Care's staff will be happy to help you find a suitable destination!

• Can I request a more thorough allergy check of my holiday home?

  Yes, you can. Please state the allergies you would like us to check for in the comments field of your booking at the time of making your booking. Please contact the park's reception too, so we can discuss your requirements with our cleaners. Thus, we will be sure to meet your expectations!

• Where can I find information about Thermaalbad Arcen, the thermal baths in Arcen?

  You can find information about Thermal Bath Arcen in Dutch and German at roompot.nl/wellness/thermaalbad.

• What is the minimum age for the Arcen Thermal baths?

  The minimum age for visiting Thermaalbad Arcen is 18.

• Where can I buy Koos products?

  Buy all the items of the coolest rabbit in the Netherlands, in the Roompot shop. At most parks, there are also lots of Koos goodies for sale at the Service point or in the supermarket. Like soft toys, CDs, games and clothing.
  

• Does Roompot sell coupons?

  Yes, you can buy a Roompot Holiday gift and wellness vouchers in our Roompot shop. Surprise someone with the gift of a holiday at one of our parks, or contribute to its cost. A Roompot Holiday gift voucher can also be exchanged at the facilities at some parks. Wellness vouchers can be used in Wellness & Beauty De Parel in Domburg, in Thermaalbad Arcen and in Wellness & Beauty Boomhiemke on Ameland.
  

• Are there child-friendly holiday homes?

  Yes, we have bungalows, villas and chalets that all have an extremely child-friendly layout. With, for example, a cot, playpen, baby bath, stair gate and occasionally even a go-cart. These are included as standard in some holiday homes, and can be booked as extras in others. Browse all child-friendly holiday homes.

• How can I cash in my Roompot Vakantiecadeau gift voucher?

  When booking, fill in your details first. Then enter Vakantiecadeau in the comments box, plus the unique code that's on your Holiday Gift. After you have completed your booking, you will receive a temporary confirmation by email. This states the price of your holiday, where the value of your Holiday gift has not yet been deducted. Send your Holiday Gift by registered mail to the address below:

  We will add your Holiday Gift to your booking, as soon as we receive it. You will then receive an adjusted account by e-mail.
  

• Are there any fireworks-free parks?

  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a park will be fireworks-free. Sometimes fireworks are set off in the immediate vicinity of the park. In some parks, there is a central location where fireworks are allowed during the new year. Whether this is the case at the park of your preference, you can check with our Guest Service or at the park's Service point.

• Can I set off fireworks?

  Setting off fireworks is not allowed at our resort. Some parks do allow an exception at the turn of the year. If this is the case, a central location will be designated. The Guest Service or the park Service point will be happy to tell you more about this. We would like to point out that this exception only applies when it is legally permitted to set off fireworks.
